KDP Suite offers the following subscription options:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KDP Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or commercial use in creating content for publication.
You retain all rights to the content you create using our tools. We do not claim ownership of any content you generate.
We may temporarily store your content to provide the Service. We are not responsible for any loss of content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use any materials you upload to our Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
