After registering, you can set up your author profile to save time when creating books:

1. Click the 👤 Author button in the top bar
2. Enter your author name, bio, and photo
3. Set up your default copyright text
4. Save your settings

This information will automatically populate in the front and back matter sections of all your books.

Yes! Click the 💾 Save button at any time to save your book project to your account. You can create unlimited book projects and access them anytime from the Book Manager.

What gets saved:

• Book settings (trim size, fonts, colors)
• Front and back matter content
• Decorations and custom images

Credits are used when you:

• Generate pages — When you click "Generate All Pages", credits are deducted based on total pages created
• Export files — Exporting to PDF, PNG, or JPG uses credits

Credits are NOT used for:

• Previewing your work
• Saving book projects
• Setting up content and activities
• Browsing templates and examples

We offer three credit packages:

• Starter — 50 credits for $25 — Perfect for your first book
• Creator — 150 credits for $60 — Best value for regular publishers
• Publisher — 500 credits for $175 — For high-volume creators

All packages include access to all features, all activity tools, and all export formats. Credits never expire.

No, credits never expire! Once you purchase credits, they remain in your account until you use them. Take your time creating the perfect book.

We accept payments through PayPal, which supports:

• PayPal balance

• Bank transfers (in supported regions)

All transactions are secure and processed through PayPal's encrypted payment system.

Since you can fully explore the platform before purchasing credits, we generally don't offer refunds on credit purchases. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team and we'll work with you to resolve the situation.

Your credit balance is displayed in multiple places:

• In the Book Settings section of the editor
• By clicking the 💰 Credits button in the top bar
• On your account dashboard

The preview area also shows an estimate of how many credits will be needed for your current book before you generate.

Yes! You can upload custom images for:

• Page icons and decorations
• Headers
• Title page images

• Book covers (for "More Books" section)

• Activity backgrounds

We recommend using PNG images with transparent backgrounds for icons, and high-resolution images (300 DPI) for best print quality.

The Decorations section in the sidebar lets you add global decorations:

• Icons — Choose from the library or upload your own. Position in corners.
• Headers — Add decorative headers to pages
• Borders — Simple, double, or dashed borders with custom colors

You can also add decorations to individual activity tools for more customization.

Yes! Click the ➕ Add Story button to add as many stories as you need. Each story can have:

• Its own title and content
• Multiple activity tools attached
• Custom decorations per story (coming soon)

Stories are rendered in order, followed by their activities, then the next story.

After clicking Generate All Pages, the preview area shows:

• Total page count
• Credits needed
• Estimated cost

You can preview your entire book before using any credits. The page count depends on your story length, number of activities, and front/back matter selections.

Yes! The Maze Generator offers full customization:

• Difficulty — Easy, Medium, or Hard

For Crosswords: Enter each word and clue on a new line, separated by a colon:

For Word Searches: Enter each word on a new line (no clues needed):

Words are automatically converted to uppercase. The generator will attempt to place all words and fill remaining spaces with random letters.

KDPFast supports multiple export formats:

• PDF — Print-ready, 300 DPI, perfect for KDP upload. Single file with all pages.
• PNG — High-quality individual page images in a ZIP file. Great for maximum quality.
• JPG — Compressed images in a ZIP file. Good for web previews or smaller file sizes.

Once you download your PDF from KDPFast, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your KDP account
2. Click Create → Paperback
3. Fill in your book details (title, author, description, keywords)
4. Upload your KDPFast PDF as the manuscript
5. Upload your cover (use our Cover Creator or design your own)
6. Set your pricing and territories
7. Click Publish!

Your book typically goes live within 24-72 hours after review.

Yes! KDPFast includes a Cover Creator tool that helps you design professional book covers that match your interior.

The Cover Creator generates covers with the correct dimensions based on your trim size and page count, including the spine width calculation.

Access the Cover Creator from the main dashboard or after exporting your book interior.

Absolutely! You retain 100% ownership of all content you create using KDPFast.

• You own all stories and text you write
• You own all generated activity pages
• You can publish, sell, and distribute your books anywhere
• We don't claim any rights to your work

The only thing you can't do is resell or redistribute the KDPFast software itself.

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

If you wish to delete your account:

1. Contact our support team
2. Request account deletion from your registered email
3. We'll process your request within 48 hours

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All your saved books, projects, and remaining credits will be lost. Make sure to export anything you want to keep first.
